But before all of that, let me tell you a little significant bit about me...

You already know my name- Isy.

I’m a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach, a women’s Leadership Strategist, an inspirational speaker and the founder of RISEwithISY.

But before I became any of those things, I was a woman learning to find her own voice.

I know what it feels like to question your confidence, second-guess your abilities and wonder whether you are really capable of more. I know what it feels like to have dreams but hesitate to pursue them, to shrink yourself to fit expectations and to stand at the edge of possibility wondering,

“Can I really do this?”

My own journey taught me that confidence is built, purpose is discovered, leadership is developed and growth is a process.

Through faith, mentorship, learning and intentional growth, I began to see myself differently. I stopped allowing fear, self-doubt and other people's expectations define the boundaries of my life. I learned to use my voice, embrace my capacity and step courageously into God's purpose for me.

And this is why I do what I do today.

I believe there is more in you.
